We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven National Sales Manager (NSM) to lead our nationwide sales operations and accelerate business growth across Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team across Malaysia.
• Drive achievement of sales revenue, distribution, sell-in and sell-out targets.
• Develop and execute national sales strategies across Modern Trade, General Trade and other key channels.
• Build strong relationships with key accounts, distributors and business partners.
• Expand product distribution and strengthen market penetration nationwide.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities and customer opportunities.
• Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Management on commercial planning and execution.
• Manage sales forecasting, budgets, trade spending and promotional effectiveness.
• Develop and coach the sales team to build a high-performance and accountable sales culture.
• Ensure sustainable sales growth while maintaining healthy profitability and P&L discipline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of FMCG sales experience, with proven experience in a senior sales leadership role.
• Strong experience in Modern Trade and General Trade is preferred.
• Strong network and understanding of the Malaysia FMCG retail and distributor landscape.
• Proven track record in delivering sales growth and managing nationwide sales teams.
