This role focuses on service sales expansion, recurring revenue initiatives, value-added solutions, and customer retention strategies, while leading a national team and building strategic customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales leadership, aftermarket sales, service sales, or industrial equipment sales.
• Experience leading and developing sales teams.
• Strong ability to develop and execute growth strategies and revenue-generating initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and business expansion objectives.

Responsibilities

• Drive organic growth of the aftermarket business with a focus on service sales, spare parts, maintenance contracts, and lifecycle solutions.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase recurring revenue through service agreements and monitoring solutions.
• Identify, develop, and commercialize value-added services and customized customer solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create differentiated aftermarket offerings and customer success programs.
