Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales leadership/industrial equipment sales.
• Experience managing and leading sales teams.
• Ability to develop and execute growth strategies and revenue initiatives.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and expansion.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Engineering/Business/Marketing are common backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead nationwide aftermarket sales team to hit revenue, profitability, and customer-satisfaction targets.
• Develop strategies to grow service sales, maintenance contracts, and recurring revenue.
• Build relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
• Collaborate with service operations, product management and finance to improve profitability.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions to achieve growth objectives.
