Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (microelectronics, electrical, or computer)
• Experience with Automated Test Equipment for reliability testing
• Hands-on with C++/Python and object-oriented programming
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience with AI tools is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Develop reliability stress and testing approaches for NAND products
• Build and maintain NAND product reliability and characterization test programs
• Collaborate with product reliability engineers to define reliability test flows
• Support the operations team to ensure flawless execution of test flows on live products
• Provide test program support for failure validation and characterization
• Contribute to burn-in board build and software development
