Job summary

Infomina in Malaysia is seeking an IT Support Specialist to respond to user requests via phone, email, or ticketing system and troubleshoot issues across servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

You will assist with OS installations, provide guidance on software usage, escalate complex problems, perform routine checks, apply patches under supervision, and support basic network connectivity and remote access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
• Active Directory and user management.
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
