Jora Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Senior IT Executive to manage and support IT operations across HQ, branches and retail outlets. This role will serve as the primary IT resource, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations while supporting growth and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant IT experience.
• Experience in multi-site environments is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, security and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, network, servers, PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Provide IT support and troubleshooting for HQ, branches, and outlets.
• Administer Microsoft 365, email, user accounts, and system access.
• Monitor and maintain network, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and cybersecurity controls.
• Support business applications, POS systems, CRM and other operational systems.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related matters.
• Manage IT asset inventory, software licensing, and documentation.
• Support new branch/outlet setup, relocation, and IT-related projects.
• Develop IT policies, SOPs, and best practices to improve operational efficiency.
• Recommend and implement technology solutions to support business growth.
