Job summary

Hirehub Management Sdn. Bhd. is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day IT support for our Malaysia factory and project sites. The successful candidate will assist with hardware, software, network, and user support while also coordinating with internal departments and external vendors.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, along with experience in IT support and network administration. Proficiency in English and Chinese is necessary. Salary is up to RM6000.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support and basic network administration.
• Knowledge of low-voltage (ELV) systems is an advantage.
• Willing to travel to the Singapore office and Thailand factory when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for the Malaysia factory and project sites.
• Support IT operations for the Singapore office.
• Track and coordinate low-voltage engineering projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues.
• Assist in IT infrastructure deployment and ongoing maintenance.
