Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a creative social media specialist to own the content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, and more. You will write engaging captions, plan daily posts, monitor performance, and respond to comments to build a lively online community.

You will also appear as a brand talent in short videos, reels, and livestreams, hosting formats like street interviews or product features, while collaborating with production and sales teams to stay on-brand.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in social media, content, marketing, or related fields; strong portfolio welcome.
• Examples of your work: personal accounts, brand accounts you manage, or content you've contributed to.
• Comfortable and expressive in front of the camera.
• Strong writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a bonus.
• Fluent in platform culture; know why a video succeeded, not just that it went viral.
• Organized to meet broadcast schedules; flexible for trends.
• Working knowledge of CapCut and basic photo editing; Meta Business Suite / TikTok analytics is a bonus.
• Willing to work outside of office hours occasionally for shoots, events, or live coverage.
