Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a creative Content Creator to develop engaging content for social media and support marketing campaigns. The role involves planning, shooting, editing, and captioning across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more.

You will collaborate with Marketing and Sales, maintain the content calendar, and stay current with trends to boost engagement. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; on-site work in Sitiawan is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Creative Media or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in content creation, social media management, digital marketing or multimedia is an added advantage.
• Proficient in video editing and graphic design tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar.
• Creative, proactive and willing to experiment with new content ideas.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work on-site in Sitiawan, Perak.
• Possess own transportation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Plan, develop and execute creative content based on company campaigns and marketing objectives.
• Produce short-form videos, reels and other visual content.
• Write creative captions, scripts and social media copy.
• Conduct video shooting, basic photography and content production.
• Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva or similar software.
• Develop creative ideas and trends suitable for the company's target audience.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media content calendar.
• Monitor current social media trends and identify opportunities for new content.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales team to support promotional campaigns.
• Assist in company events, product launches and other marketing activities.
• Analyse content performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement and reach.
