Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a creative Content Creator & Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms. You will handle the full content creation workflow from planning to editing, posting and performance review, ensuring high visual quality and brand consistency.

The role requires 1–3 years in social media/digital marketing, a marketing-focused degree, and hands-on video editing skills with CapCut or similar.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Creative Media or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing or video production.
Proficient in CapCut / 剪映 or equivalent video editing software.
Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook Reels.
Basic photography and videography skills.
Creative, proactive and able to work independently.
Willing to work on-site at factories, offices and project sites when required.

Responsibilities

Manage TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other social media accounts.
Maintain regular content posting and account activity.
Monitor social media trends and identify new content opportunities.
Develop short-form video ideas, scripts, hooks and storylines.
Create engaging content based on company products, factory activities, projects and industry knowledge.
Shoot and edit videos for TikTok, Reels and Facebook.
Add subtitles, music, sound effects and other visual elements where necessary.
Ensure content maintains good visual quality and brand consistency.
Monitor content performance and engagement.
Identify effective topics, hooks and formats.
Improve future content based on performance data.
