We are looking for a creative and motivated Multimedia Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating photo and video content, social media posts, product visuals, and promotional materials. You will work closely with our Retail, Sales, and Marketing teams to create engaging content that strengthens our brand and promotes our medical and healthcare products.

Key responsibilities

Create engaging photo and video content for products, promotions, campaigns, and marketing activities.

Plan and produce creative content for Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.

Develop creative concepts and visual content that align with the company's branding.

Write engaging captions, product descriptions, and promotional content for social media.

Create promotional content for products, packages, campaigns, and special offers.

Assist with product photography, video shooting, promotional events, and marketing activities.

Edit photos and videos for social media and digital platforms.

Work closely with the Retail and Sales teams to obtain product information and updates.

Respond to customer enquiries through social media comments, inbox messages, and WhatsApp when required.

Monitor social media performance, including engagement, reach, leads, and sales-related results.

About you

Diploma/Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, Creative Media, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in multimedia design, content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a related field.

Good knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.

Proficient in relevant design and editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or equivalent tools.

Good photography, videography, photo editing, and video editing skills.

Creative, detail-oriented, and able to develop fresh and engaging content ideas.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
