Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant multimedia design or digital marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva.
• Good photography, videography, editing skills and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging photo and video content for products, promotions and campaigns.
• Plan and produce content for Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.
• Develop concepts and visuals aligned with branding.
• Write captions, product descriptions and promotional content.
• Create promotional content for products, campaigns and offers.
• Assist with product photography, video shooting and events.
• Edit photos/videos for social media and digital platforms.
• Coordinate with Retail and Sales for product information.
• Respond to customer inquiries on social media and WhatsApp when required.
• Monitor social media performance: engagement, reach, leads, sales.
