Job summary

Cypress Medic Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Graphic Designer cum Marketing to join our family. You will design and produce creative artwork for marketing materials while supporting online sales and product updates. The ideal candidate is energetic, team-spirited and ambitious, with Diploma or Degree in Advertising, Art & Design, Visual Communication or related fields.

Familiarity with Canva Pro, CapCut Pro, and AI tools is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Advertising, Art & Design, Visual Communication & New Media, or related field.
• Familiar with Canva Pro, CapCut Pro, ChatGPT Plus or other AI tools for content creation will be an added advantage.
• Candidate with pharmacy/hospital experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce creative artwork for marketing materials.
• Manage online sales and update products on website.
• Assist marketing plans to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain stock levels on online platforms.
• Control advertising spend within budget.
• Create content and ads for social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
• Plan and update product labelling and guidelines.
• Check and report Lazada/Shopee listings to authorities.
• Prepare Website Sales Orders in SQL.
• Support Sales with necessary documents.
• Comply with medical device act 737 in procedures.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as needed.

Job Description:

Design and produce creative artwork for marketing materials.

To handle online sales and enquiries, including managing, modifying and updating of products on website.

To assist the outcome of marketing plans against sales achievement.

To assist and ensure stock level above minimum quantity in online platform.

To assist and ensure expenditure of advertisement and promotion within budget.

Accomplish marketing objective by planning, developing & deploying content and advertisements for social media platform such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & other broad range of digital marketing channels.

Plan, coordinate and update new or existing product labelling such as giftbox, manual guidelines, quick guider and e-paper.

To check, update and report parallel importer in e-commerce (Lazada, Shopee) to authority.

To prepare Website Sales Order in SQL

Support Sales Department and prepare relevant documents when necessary

Comply to medical device act 737 in all working procedures.

Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by your superior in the future.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Advertising, Art & Design, Visual Communication & New Media, or any related field.

Familiar with Canva Pro, CapCut Pro, ChatGPT Plus or other AI tools for content creation, marketing and creative development will be an added advantage

Candidate who has experience with pharmacies (independent & key chain), hospitals & clinic will be more advantageous for this position.

Possess own transport and willing to travel.
