Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a creative designer to craft marketing materials for exhibitions, conferences and branding campaigns. You will produce high-quality artwork for print and digital assets, while upholding a cohesive brand identity across channels.

The role involves designing social media creatives, motion graphics and multimedia content for events, using AI-assisted tools when appropriate. Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver engaging campaigns.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related.
• 1–2 years of experience in multimedia or graphic design; fresh graduates with portfolio encouraged.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience with Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus.
• Good understanding of digital marketing creatives and social media content design.
• Basic photography, videography and video editing skills preferred.
• Experience with AI-powered tools such as Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, ChatGPT or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Creative, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Design creative marketing materials for exhibitions, conferences and corporate branding campaigns.
• Produce high-quality artwork for print advertisements, brochures, exhibition guides, event signage, banners, promotional materials and digital assets.
• Maintain consistent brand identity and visual standards across all exhibitions and marketing channels.

Digital & Multimedia Content

• Design engaging creatives for social media, websites, EDMs, digital advertising and online marketing campaigns.
• Create motion graphics, short promotional videos and multimedia content for exhibitions, conferences and social media platforms.
• Utilise AI-assisted creative tools to enhance design efficiency and content production where appropriate.
• Develop visual content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu and other digital platforms.

Photography & Video Production

• Support photography, videography and post-production for exhibitions, conferences and corporate events.
• Edit videos and prepare multimedia content for marketing campaigns, presentations and event promotions.
• Prepare presentation decks and digital assets for exhibitors, speakers, sponsors and corporate communications.
• Work closely with the Marketing Communications, Content & Communications and Exhibition Development teams to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate artwork production with external printers, production suppliers and vendors when required.
• Manage multiple design projects while ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high creative standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in multimedia or graphic design. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign). Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent video editing software will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of digital marketing creatives and social media content design.
• Basic photography, videography and video editing skills are preferred.
• Experience using AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, ChatGPT or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
