Job summary

Malaysian Bioeconomy Development Corporation is seeking an Executive in Creative Design & Multimedia to lead visual assets across branding, ads, and social content. You will manage multiple projects, ensure brand consistency, and produce high-quality videos and photography tailored to each platform.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of design and multimedia experience, strong software skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while delivering impactful content.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a relevant Bachelor's degree.
• 3-5 years of working experience in design & multimedia.
• Proven graphic designing experience with strong artistic ability and knowledge of design software.
• Excellent eye for detail and ability to produce visually stunning content.
• Proficiency in photography and video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Light room, Video Editing, Illustrator, Design.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure while maintaining high design quality.

• 1. Conceptualize, design, and develop diverse visual assets, including branding, logos, advertisements, social media content, marketing materials, and other creative collateral across various platforms.
• 2. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of design deliverables by adhering to brand guidelines & project specifications while introducing innovative concepts.
• 3. Well-versed in digital illustration tools and software to develop and refine designs.
• 4. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, and deliverables are of high quality.
• 5. Capable of shooting, producing, and editing high-quality, engaging videos and photos tailored to each platform’s format, aspect ratio, resolution, and audience preferences.
• 6. Stay updated on the latest design, photography, and videography trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance skills and capabilities.
• 7. Support implementation of events/exhibitions.
