Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a creative graphic designer to produce high-quality visuals and event materials across digital and print formats, including key visuals, EDMs, backdrops, illustrations, social media creatives, etc.

Collaborate with the event team to conceptualize and execute ideas and develop designs that align with client briefs and output formats. Maintain brand consistency and deliver print-ready Final Artwork while liaising with vendors to ensure quality control and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Multimedia Design, Motion Graphics, Advertising Design, or related fields.
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on design experience (events, design, marketing, advertising agency preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Canva is strongly NOT accepted.
• Proven experience in end-to-end creative development and execution, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Experience in event design is a strong advantage.

Create high-quality graphic design and events materials across all digital and physical print formats, including but not limited to: key visuals, EDMs, event backdrops, illustrations, event-related deliverables, social media creatives, etc.

Collaborate closely with event team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas and event materials.

Develop designs that align with client briefs, technical specifications, and output formats.

Produce brand-consistent visuals that adhere strictly to brand guidelines while maintaining strong creative appeal.

Confidently adapt to different brand personalities, industries, and creative directions.

Prepare and deliver print-ready Final Artwork (FA) according to production specifications.

Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth production and output execution.

Ensure all deliverables undergo strict quality control before release for production.

Work within project timelines and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

Produce compelling motion graphics for events and various digital platforms.

Making visuals more than just \"static", but rhythmic and emotional content.

• Diploma / Degree in Multimedia Design, Motion Graphics, Advertising Design, or related fields.
