Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a highly creative Creative Multimedia Designer to join our growing team. You will blend graphic design, video, photography, and motion graphics to produce engaging assets for marketing campaigns, events, social media, and internal communications.

The ideal candidate will manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring assets align with our brand identity and strategic goals. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a strong portfolio are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as multimedia designer, graphic designer, or similar role.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator; familiarity with CapCut, VN Video Editor, Audition, Cinema 4D, Blender.

Responsibilities

• Visual & Graphic Design: Conceptualize and produce high-quality digital graphics, static layouts, illustrations, and branding materials for digital platforms.
• Video Production: Plan, script, shoot (if applicable), edit, and deliver engaging video content for digital channels.
• Motion Graphics & Animation: Create animations and special effects to enhance content and advertisements.
• Collaboration & Brainstorming: Work with marketing, content, and events teams to translate briefs into multimedia campaigns.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and champion our visual identity across all outputs.
• Project & Asset Management: Organize a digital asset library and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Creative Multimedia Designer to join our

growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing our brand stories to life

across multiple digital channels. You will blend graphic design, video & photography,

video editing, motion graphics to create engaging, high-impact visual assets for

marketing campaigns, company events, social media, websites, and internal

communications.

The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who can manage a project from conceptual

brainstorming through to final delivery, ensuring all assets align with our brand identity

and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Visual & Graphic Design: Conceptualize and produce high-quality digital graphics, static layouts, illustrations, and branding materials for digital platforms.
• website & print materials.
• Video Production: Plan, script, shoot (if applicable), edit, and deliver engaging video content optimized for various digital channels.
• Motion Graphics & Animation: Create custom animations, kinetic typography, kinetic transitions, and special visual effects to enhance digital content and advertisements.
• Collaboration & Brainstorming: Work closely with the marketing, content, and event team to translate creative briefs into engaging multimedia campaigns.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and champion our visual identity, ensuring a consistent look, feel, and tone across all multimedia outputs.
• Project & Asset Management: Organize and maintain a clean digital asset library, and manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: Proven experience working as a multimedia designer, graphic designer, digital designer, or in a similar creative role.
• Software Mastery: Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically:
  • Graphic Design: Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Optional assets: Figma, CapCut, VN Video Editor, Adobe Audition, Cinema 4D, or Blender
• Design Fundamentals: Exceptional understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and video pacing.
• Technical Literacy: Basic knowledge and familiarity with video production and photography, web design principles, UI/UX, or HTML/CSS would be a strong advantage.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, a highly collaborative mindset, and the ability to accept constructive feedback structurally.
• Portfolio: A diverse and robust portfolio or showreel showcasing graphic design, typography, and video work is mandatory for application.
