Jora Malaysia is offering a part-time internship in design to support the creation of multimedia assets for high-converting ad campaigns. You will study brand guidelines and collaborate with seniors to apply feedback, ensuring design accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires a portfolio, basic design knowledge, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite. A proactive attitude and curiosity about new design trends are valued, with opportunities to learn internal tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or a recent graduate with a degree or diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or related field.
• A portfolio showcasing school or personal projects that demonstrate a foundational design sense, creativity, and layout skills.
• Basic understanding of layout composition, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and basic knowledge of video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects).
• Interest in using AI tools to enhance design workflows and creativity.

• Design Support & Execution: Assist in creating eye-catching multimedia assets, including static layouts, social media graphics, simple motion graphics, and video edits tailored for high-converting ad campaigns.
• Learning Brand Guidelines: Study and learn from creative briefs, client requirements, and campaign goals to ensure design accuracy and strict adherence to brand guidelines.
• Teamwork Collaboration: Work closely with seniors to apply client feedback and design revisions, learning how to adapt quickly to changing project priorities and market trends.
• Asset & File Organization: Help maintain and organize shared asset libraries, templates, and design systems to ensure a smooth, efficient team workflow.
• Positive work ethnic & Punctuality: Maintain a proactive attitude, ensuring all assigned tasks are high quality, accurate, and delivered on time.
