Job summary

Life Factor Sdn Bhd is recruiting a Sales Representative to cover JB, Batu Pahat, and Melaka. You will service clinics and pharmacies, promote nutraceutical products, and deliver product trainings across a southern Malaysia territory.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant Bachelor's degree, have at least 2 years in pharma/nutraceutical sales, and speak English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Willingness to travel and own transport are required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical sales
Strong communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, with Mandarin proficiency
Highly independent, responsible, and results-driven
Must possess own transport and be willing to travel frequently
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

Service and maintain relationships with clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare providers
Promote and sell company products within assigned territory
Conduct product training and presentations for clients and partners
Identify and develop new business opportunities and market expansion
Execute sales and promotional activities to increase product visibility and demand
Build strong customer relationships through regular visits, follow-ups, and engagement activities
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Participate in marketing events, roadshows, and product promotions
