Job summary

VICTOR Y STONE SDN BHD is seeking a Logistics/Production Supervisor/Coordinator to coordinate shipments and production flows. The role requires strong communication across sales and production to meet urgent orders and maintain stock levels.

You will supervise loading/unloading, recordkeeping for materials, and liaise with drivers to ensure timely deliveries. Fluency in Chinese, English and Bahasa Melayu is essential, and you will adapt to ad hoc duties as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and writing in Chinese, English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Ability to coordinate between departments and external partners.
• Willingness to perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing goods, including loading/unloading and stock verification.
• Assist in daily production operations and ensure production schedules are met.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and inform stock replenishment when low.
• Update and maintain accurate production data, inventory levels and material usage logs.
• Act as a bridge of communication between the sales team and the production floor to handle urgent order requests.
• Coordinate with drivers, transport companies ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Ad hoc duties assigned by management
