Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a customer service representative in Kuala Lumpur to handle inbound calls, assist with card registration and data updates, and resolve customer concerns. Strong English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin/Cantonese are required. Minimum SPM and 1 year of relevant experience are expected.

Working hours are standard 9–6 with weekends as shown. The role offers RM2,600–RM3,500 per month plus RM300 Language Allowance and RM300 PFP.
