Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a customer-focused professional to join our call centre team in Kuala Lumpur. You will handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels, offering professional and timely assistance while identifying solutions that meet customer needs.

The role requires at least 1 year in a call centre or customer service setting, with Mandarin and English fluency; Cantonese speakers are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of Call Centre / Customer Service experience.
• Good command of Mandarin and English.
• Cantonese-speaking candidates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Provide professional and timely assistance to customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Follow up on customer cases when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
