Job summary

Apteka Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented professional to coordinate import container movements and manage timely shipments from Klang Jaya. You will schedule pickups, monitor status, and liaise with shipping lines, depots, forwarders, and customers to ensure smooth deliveries and accurate records.

The role requires at least 2 years in a related field, and a Diploma or degree alongside fluency in English, Malay and Chinese.

Qualifications

At least 2 years experience in related field.
Diploma or degree in related field
Able to speak 3 languages - English, Malay and Chinese

Responsibilities

Coordinate import container movements.
Schedule container pickups, deliveries, and returns with warehouse personnel.
Monitor container status and update shipment tracking systems.
Liaise with shipping lines and depots for damage containers (If any) and return containers
Liaise with forwarders and customers for container delivery arrangement
Liaise with insurance company for any cargo or container damage problem
Maintain accurate records of container inventory and movement.
Communicate shipment updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Perform any ad-hoc job upon request
Back up for export shipment coordination
Working location: Klang Jaya
Working Hour: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon to fri, Sat work on phone)
