Job summary

KDI Garments Sdn Bhd is seeking Production General Workers / Production Assistants to support our garment production operations in Seremban. This multi-purpose role involves assignments across QC, Printing, Sublimation, Heat Press, Packing and other production activities.

We value hardworking, flexible individuals who are eager to learn across different production areas and collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications

• No specific experience required; training will be provided.
• Previous experience in garment, printing, production or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform hands-on production work.
• Willing to learn different production processes.
• Responsible, punctual and hardworking.
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Flexible and willing to assist different departments when required.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily garment production activities according to assigned tasks.
• Assist with Printing and Sublimation production.
• Assist with Heat Press operations.
• Assist the QC team with checking and preparing finished garments.
• Prepare and arrange materials and products for production.
• Assist with sorting, moving and arranging production materials.
• Assist technicians and production staff when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned work area.
• Follow production instructions, quality requirements and safety procedures.
• Move between departments according to production needs and workload.
• Assist with packing and finishing work when required.
• Perform other ad-hoc production duties assigned by the Production Supervisor or Department Coordinator.
• Ensure assigned work is completed within the required production timeline.
