Job summary

Piel Perfecta Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced accountant to manage the full set of accounts for three companies. You will prepare monthly P&L statements by the 20th, perform bank reconciliations, and maintain an up-to-date cash book while overseeing monthly payroll processing.

The ideal candidate speaks Chinese, English and Malay, has at least 3 years of accounting experience, and is proficient in SQL Accounting software.

• Proficient in SQL Accounting Software
• Able to speak and understand Chinese, English & Malay
• Strong knowledge of full set accounting
• Strong attention to detail and good time management

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts for 3 companies
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements by the 20th
• Prepare bank reconciliation and maintain an updated cash book
• Handle monthly payroll processing
• Maintain accurate and well-organised accounting records and filing
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents and company secretary on accounting, audit and compliance matters
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
