Job summary

LUEUR LASER & SKIN is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage the full set of accounts for three companies and to ensure timely monthly reporting. The role requires payroll processing, bank reconciliations, and maintaining orderly filings.

The candidate should have 3+ years of accounting experience, be proficient in SQL Accounting Software, and able to communicate in Chinese, English and Malay. Attention to detail and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficient in SQL Accounting Software.
• Able to speak and understand Chinese, English & Malay.
• Strong knowledge of full set accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and good time management.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts for 3 companies.
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statement by the 20th.
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, and company secretary for audit and compliance.
• Maintain a well-organized and updated filing system.
• Prepare bank reconciliation and keep cash book up to date.
• Handle monthly payroll processing.
