Job summary

Hair Soul is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented & responsible Accountant to join our team in Malaysia. You will manage the full set of accounts for 3 companies and prepare monthly P&L, bank reconciliation and cash book.

You will also handle monthly payroll and liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents & company secretary. Minimum 3 years accounting experience is required; proficiency in SQL Accounting Software is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years accounting experience.
• Proficient in SQL Accounting Software.
• Able to speak & understand Chinese, English & Malay (Can be discussed).
• Independent, organised & detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts for 3 companies.
• Prepare monthly P&L, bank reconciliation & cash book.
• Handle monthly payroll.
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents & company secretary.
• Ensure accurate & timely financial reporting.
