Job summary

Hot & Roll Holdings is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage activities across multiple F&B outlets in Selangor. You will monitor sales performance, strive to meet revenue targets, and supervise frontline staff to ensure efficient service and high standards.

Qualifications

• SPM certificate or Diploma in Food & Beverage services Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage industry or related field.
• Highly self-motivated, results oriented and capable of leading.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Possess a pleasant personality with strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
• Customer oriented and service minded.
• Must be willing to work across multiple outlets within assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations across multiple outlets.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
• Supervise and support F&B staff ensuring efficient and effective service.
• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and outlet presentation.
• Ensure smooth daily frontline operations (manpower, stock and other resources).
• Responsible to train and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Resolve operations issues and assist in implementing standard operating procedures at the outlet.
