Job summary

D Prime is seeking a skilled MT4/MT5 technical support specialist in Kuala Lumpur to oversee the Admin/Manager platforms, monitor logs, and diagnose trading system issues. You will work on server and client logs, identify root causes, and implement optimization strategies to ensure stable order routing and data quality.

The role requires 3–5 years of MT4/MT5 platform experience, strong networking and troubleshooting skills, and a degree in CS/IT/Finance or related fields.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
3–5 years hands-on MT4/MT5 platform management experience with Admin/Manager platforms.

Responsibilities

Manage MT4/MT5 Admin/Manager platforms including accounts, groups, and plugin configurations.
Analyze MT4/MT5 server/client logs to diagnose execution failures and login issues.
Investigate errors like Invalid Account, Off Quotes, No Connection, and propose optimizations.
Maintain trading instruments, quotes, gateways, and market-data settings for real-time charts.
Assist users with stable connections via DNS, VPN, and latency optimization.
Monitor server performance and document findings for the server team.
Collaborate with Bridge/LP connectivity tests to ensure correct order routing.
