Job summary

BID Operations is seeking an analytical team member to support trading operations, risk management and platform activities in Kuala Lumpur. You will monitor risks, manage MT4/MT5 platforms, and coordinate with Dealing, Liquidity and Tech teams to ensure adherence to policies and controls.

The role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving, and the ability to troubleshoot complex trading configurations while driving efficiency and scalable solutions across the operation.

Qualifications

• Analytical and proactive team member to support trading operations and risk management.
• Experience with MT4/MT5 platforms and related trading solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for platform and configuration issues.
• Ability to coordinate with Dealing, Liquidity, Technology and other teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of trading operations and risk policies.
• Collaborate with Dealing, Liquidity, Technology to manage risks.
• Triage, prioritise, and coordinate tasks and requests across teams.
• Serve as a technical liaison for trading, platform and risk queries.
• Configure and monitor MT4/MT5 settings, risk parameters, and controls.
• Manage trading platform plugins and related solutions.
• Investigate platform, plugin and configuration issues with technical teams.
• Support projects to improve risk frameworks, controls, and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency.
