Job summary

The International School of Kuala Lumpur (ISKL) seeks a MS/HS Librarian to advance a culture of reading, inquiry, and information literacy across middle and high schools. You will work with divisional leaders and teachers to foster evidence-based learning and responsible use of information.

You will lead the development of a coherent literacy and research strategy, supporting teachers with design, collaboration, and professional learning.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead MS/HS literacy, inquiry, and information literacy programs.
• Experience embedding AI ethics, source evaluation, and digital literacy in curriculum.
• Strong collaboration with divisional leaders, teachers, and library team.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for MS/HS Library as a center for reading, inquiry, and collaboration.
• Develop and implement a coherent MS/HS approach to research and information literacy.
• Partner with classroom teachers to design, apply, and evaluate library-informed lessons.
