Job summary

Rider Hub Motor (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Ipoh, Perak is seeking a Sales Advisor to assist customers through the sales process, promote motorcycles and related products, and deliver excellent service to meet sales targets.

You will build relationships, follow up with leads, prepare quotations, and coordinate deliveries while staying current on products and promotions. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and training is provided.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma, or higher in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; prior sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with positive, proactive attitude.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media is a plus.
• Valid driving or motorcycle license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries and recommend motorcycles and accessories
• Build lasting relationships to ensure positive buying experiences
• Follow up with leads to achieve sales targets
• Prepare quotations and sales documents accurately
• Promote products through social media and digital channels
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales and delivery
• Stay updated on products, promotions and industry trends
• Support ad hoc tasks as required by management
