Chin Hin (Jitra) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Motorcycle Mechanic to service, maintain and repair motorcycles to company standards. You will diagnose problems, perform repairs and assist walk-in customers with their servicing needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Motorcycle Mechanic is preferred.
• Good knowledge of motorcycle servicing, maintenance and repair.
• Able to identify and troubleshoot motorcycle problems.
• Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to communicate well with customers.
• Possess a valid motorcycle driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Perform motorcycle servicing, maintenance and repair according to company standards.
• Diagnose motorcycle problems and carry out the necessary repairs.
• Attend to walk-in customers and assist with their motorcycle servicing and repair needs.
• Perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) according to the scheduled requirements.
• Assist with warranty and spare parts claims when required.
• Support workshop activities to improve service volume and workshop sales.
• Assist in implementing the company's after-sales service programmes.
• Keep the workshop clean, organised and safe.
• Assist with arranging and maintaining workshop spare parts, equipment and tools.
• Ensure workshop machinery and equipment, such as air compressors and motorcycle lifts, are kept in good working condition.
• Assist with other workshop-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
