Job summary

Rider Hub Motor (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Ipoh, Perak is seeking a skilled Motorcycle Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain motorcycles while upholding high workmanship and customer service standards.

You will work in a dynamic workshop environment, performing routine servicing, diagnosing issues, replacing parts, and ensuring safe operation, with opportunities for training and career progression.

Qualifications

• Certificate, diploma, or relevant experience in automotive or motorcycle repair.
• At least 1 year of working experience in motorcycle maintenance or repair (Fresh graduates encouraged).
• Knowledge of motorcycle engines, electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Responsible, hardworking, and committed to quality workmanship.
• Possess a valid motorcycle license (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and servicing on motorcycles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and carry out repairs.
• Replace defective parts and components as required.
• Conduct inspections and ensure motorcycles are in safe operating condition.
• Install accessories and perform modifications when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop area.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and used safely.
• Record service and repair activities accurately.
• Provide technical advice and support to customers when required.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

About the Role

Rider Hub Motor (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled and dedicated Motorcycle Mechanic to join our team in Ipoh, Perak. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining motorcycles while ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer service.
