Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Automotive Engineering or any other relevant discipline.
• With Basic Certificate in Loss Adjusting is an added advantage
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience as claims motor adjuster required.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including report writing and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate assessments from panel and external adjusters to ensure accuracy and prevent leakage.
• Assess desktop claims (OD, ODKFK, Extended Warranty) and negotiate repair costs where required.
• Provide technical guidance and support to claims handlers.
• Manage disputes on repair costs and workmanship, including conducting inspections when needed.
• Review third-party adjusters’ reports (TPPD and TPKFK claims).
• Deliver prompt, fair, and customer-focused claims handling.
• Ensure timely reporting and drive efficient claim closure.
• Escalate issues or trends and support continuous improvement; undertake ad hoc duties as assigned

Job description

This role is responsible for reviewing and assessing claims submitted by repairers and external adjusters to ensure accuracy, fairness, and prevent claims leakage. The position also delivers prompt, high-quality claims service while ensuring full compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines to achieve customer satisfaction.

The key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Review and validate assessments from panel and external adjusters to ensure accuracy and prevent leakage.

Assess desktop claims (OD, ODKFK, Extended Warranty) and negotiate repair costs where required.

Provide technical guidance and support to claims handlers.
