ControlExpert APAC in Greater Kuala Lumpur seeks a dedicated Claims Administrator for a full-time hybrid role with work-from-home flexibility. You will support daily operations, handle lodgement, billing, emails, and maintain meticulous records.

The ideal candidate is independent, communicates effectively in English, and is proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools. Motor insurance knowledge is a plus but not essential.

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken English with clear communication.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations: task assignment, lodgement, email handling, billing, data entry, and record maintenance.
• Manage data in spreadsheets and generate basic reports in Excel.
• Participate in projects to achieve department goals.
• Communicate with internal and external parties on operational matters.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Claims Administrator role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur, with the flexibility to work from home. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Malaysia.

Duties

To assist in daily operations, including task assignment, lodgement, handling email correspondence, billing, dataentry and maintaining accurate records.

Assist in managing data in spreadsheets and reports (Microsoft Excel).

Participate in projects and initiatives set to achieve the departmental and organization key goals.

Communicate with internal & external parties on operation matters.

Perform ad-hoc duties assigned when required.

Knowledge & Experience

Knowledge of motor insurance claims and operations is an advantage but not necessary.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to communicate effectively with regional team.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written (English).
