Job summary

Efficient Living Group, a growing ecommerce company with Lifely brands, is seeking a Multimedia Designer to blend motion design, video editing, graphic design, and storytelling. You will create short-form videos, motion graphics, UGC edits, paid-social assets, product demonstrations, studio content, and supporting static designs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial motion, video editing, multimedia, or digital content experience.
• Portfolio showing short-form video, motion graphics, UGC, paid social, or product storytelling.
• Strong After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or equivalent skills.
• Good understanding of timing, pacing, typography, composition, sound, and visual rhythm.
• Ability to create clear hooks and engaging first seconds.
• Strong Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or equivalent skills.
• Understanding of Meta, TikTok, Instagram, website, and ecommerce specifications.
• High attention to product, copy, claim, and export accuracy.
• Good time management, communication, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Content production: Repurpose UGC into paid ad content and create engaging static, motion and reel ads.
• Production planning: contribute to concepts, storyboards, shot lists, scripts, and production plans.
• Performance and creative improvement: use performance data to improve future edits and create testable variations.
• Collaboration, QA, and delivery: work with teams, revise quickly, and deliver formats like 1:1, 4:5, 9:16 with clean files.
