Job summary

Efficient Living Group is seeking a Multimedia Designer to blend motion design, video editing, graphic design, and storytelling. You will craft short-form videos, motion graphics, UGC edits, paid-social assets, product demos, studio content, and static designs.

This role balances creativity with accuracy, meeting platform requirements and timely delivery. Expect collaboration across marketing, brand, and ecommerce teams, with opportunities to lead smaller projects and grow in a fast-paced

Qualifications

2+ years in commercial motion, video editing, multimedia, or digital content.
Portfolio showing short-form video, motion graphics, UGC, or product storytelling.
Strong proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut.
Solid sense of timing, pacing, typography, and visual rhythm.
Ability to create clear hooks and engaging first seconds.
Proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva or equivalents.
Understanding of Meta, TikTok, Instagram, ecommerce specs and formats.
Detail-oriented with copy, claims, and product accuracy.

Responsibilities

Produce short-form motion content and reels for social channels.
Create testable hooks and variations from briefs to improve ROAS and engagement.
Collaborate with media buyers and creative leads to optimize results.
Develop AI-assisted content workflows with human quality control.
Deliver on-brand video and static assets on schedule.
Prepare 1:1, 4:5, 9:16 and other required formats for campaigns.
Maintain clean project files and version control.
