Job summary

DoMedia Asia is seeking a Senior Designer passionate about social media content, creative animation, and visual storytelling. You will blend core graphic design with motion graphics to craft engaging content for campaigns across multiple platforms.

Collaborating with art directors and the social media team, you’ll turn static ideas into animated content and responsive visuals while adhering to brand guidelines in a fast-paced agency setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Experience in graphic design for social media/animation is a bonus; portfolio required; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects a bonus).

Responsibilities

• Design static visual content for social media platforms (posts, stories, carousels, ads).
• Create motion graphics or animations to enhance social content (animated text, icons, stickers).
• Support art directors in executing daily social visuals based on concepts and guidelines.
• Adapt and resize designs into different social media formats and ratios.
• Ensure all visuals follow brand guidelines and platform requirements.
• Work closely with the Social Media team to support ongoing campaigns.
• Manage assigned tasks and deliver designs within fast-paced social timelines.
• Continuously learn and improve basic motion design skills and social media trends.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Senior Designer with a strong passion for social media content, creative animation, and visual storytelling. This role balances core graphic design with regular motion graphics and animation. Working closely with art directors and the social media team, you’ll turn static ideas into engaging animated content and full-scale social campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design static visual content for social media platforms (posts, stories, carousels, ads)
• Create motion graphics or animations to enhance social content (e.g. animated text, icons, stickers)
• Support art directors in executing daily social media visuals based on provided concepts and guidelines
• Adapt and resize designs into different social media formats and ratios
• Ensure all visuals follow brand guidelines and platform requirements
• Work closely with the Social Media team to support ongoing campaigns.
• Manage assigned tasks and deliver designs within fast-paced social timelines

Qualifications:

• Good to have: experience working in an agency, knowledge of using Canva, Capcut & other AI Tools
• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
• Experience in graphic design for social media/ animation is a bonus (portfolio required) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects is a bonus)
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment
• Strong attention to detail, layout, and visual storytelling
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to take direction as well as contribute ideas
• Creative mindset with willingness to explore and experiment. Experience with
• Able to work independently and take ownership of your assigned social account.
