RHB Banking Group is seeking a proactive Mortgage Sales professional for a walk-in interview at Taman Mount Austin, Johor Bahru. You will engage potential customers, assess needs, and present mortgage solutions.

You will guide clients through the application and approval process, aim to exceed sales targets, and build strong relationships with real estate agents and developers. Strong knowledge of mortgage products, excellent communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Proven track record in mortgage/financial sales or a similar consultative sales role.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, industry, and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
• Customer-centric mindset focused on helping clients achieve financial goals.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Guide customers through the entire mortgage application and approval process
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, developers, and other referral partners
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and new mortgage products and features
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth and seamless experience for clients
