Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Malaysia is seeking a mortgage sales professional to proactively identify and engage with potential customers, understand their financial needs and property goals, and guide them through the mortgage application and approval process.

You will build strong relationships with real estate agents, developers and referral partners, stay up-to-date with market trends and regulations, and strive to achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in mortgage/financial sales or a similar consultative sales role.
• Strong understanding of the mortgage industry, products, and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
• Customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
