Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Malaysia is seeking a results-driven Mortgage Sales Specialist to drive customer acquisition and financing solutions. You will assess clients' financial needs and match suitable mortgage products while guiding applicants through the full approval process.

Build strong relationships with real estate agents, developers, and referral partners; stay current with market trends and regulatory changes; and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in mortgage/financial sales or a consultative sales role.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, regulatory environment, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team to achieve sales targets.
• Customer-centric mindset with a real desire to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken).
