Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in any discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in sales & marketing of consumer banking products or related financial products.
• Sound knowledge of banking industry and consumer banking products is a plus.
• Strong initiative and ability to exceed sales targets.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans and develops new sales for Mortgage Financing and cross-sell a range of consumer banking products to various market segments.
• Solicits new ties and business through sales launches, campaigns and road shows.
• Engages customers through cold calls and appointments to visit clients.
• Maintains close business relationships with housing developers, real estate agents, solicitors, valuers, and others.
• Conducts field visits on property financing and suggests ideas to increase sales and marketing of mortgage products.
