Responsibilities

• Strategic Collaboration & Planning: Align cross-functional teams toward long-range business goals with stakeholders at all levels.
• Market & Regulatory Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to shape competitive strategies.
• Initiative & Pilot Leadership: Lead new initiatives and bank-wide pilots, evaluate outcomes, and adjust strategies.
• Advisory & Vendor Negotiations: Advise on partnerships and negotiate contracts to protect the bank's interests.
• AI & Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Own AI/digitization projects aligning with the digital roadmap.
• Project Governance & Control: Create project plans, schedules, budgets, and track milestones and requirements.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Conduct risk assessments and ensure IT Audit/Group Risk compliance.
• Vendor & Deliverable Oversight: Review vendor deliverables to meet contracts and quality standards.
• Workflow Optimization & Standardization: Drive process improvements for mortgage credit administration workflows.
• Policy & SOP Governance: Update SOPs and policies in response to regulatory/operational shifts.
• Operational Handover & User Support: Manage handover to operations with clear requirements.
• Guidance & Management Reporting: Provide policy guidance and proactive portfolio monitoring feedback.
