Qualifications

• Ensure compliance with internal Policies, external Regulators/Legal/ML-KYC and Credit Policies.
• Maintain data integrity and verify customers' income documents.
• Conduct face-to-face interviews with customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver minimum monthly sales productivity targets of 2.5 million.
• Service and strengthen relationships with developers, lawyers, valuers & real estate agents.
• Exercise due care and diligence on money laundering and KYC matters in day-to-day operations.
• Support superiors and subordinates in compliance-related activities.
