Pride Global in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Monitoring Engineer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise monitoring solutions that ensure availability, performance, and health of infrastructure, networks, applications and security platforms.

You will configure dashboards and alerts using Nagios, ELK, Dynatrace, and Grafana, integrate new systems, perform health checks, support DR and failover readiness, and provide insights for troubleshooting and optimization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in infrastructure or enterprise monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios, ELK, Dynatrace, Grafana.
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, and cloud environments is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

The role supports the New Data Centre by enabling proactive monitoring, incident detection, and operational visibility.
