Network Operations Center Engineer (NOC)

About the Role: We are looking for NOC Operators to join our 24/7 IT Infrastructure Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, identifying, and performing first-level troubleshooting for server, network, and application issues to ensure maximum system uptime.

What You Will Do:

Monitor infrastructure alerts and system performance using enterprise monitoring tools.

Perform L1 troubleshooting and initial diagnostics for network and server environments.

Acknowledge, triage, and log incidents accurately within our ticketing system.

Escalate complex technical issues to L2/L3 engineering teams or external vendors according to SLAs.

Provide detailed documentation and seamless handovers at the end of each shift.

What We Are Looking For:

Education: Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in a NOC, IT Operations, Service Desk, or related IT support functions.

Technical Skills: Basic understanding of network infrastructure, server environments, monitoring tools, and IT support processes.

Tooling (Huge Plus): Prior experience utilizing Dynatrace or ManageEngine is an advantage.

Shift Flexibility: Must be willing and able to work a flexible 24/7 rotational shift schedule (including nights, weekends, and public holidays).
