Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Project & Operations Program Manager (Monetization Integrity Ops) to drive cross-functional improvements across initiatives, from scoping to closure. The role emphasizes governance, performance insights and readiness for new tools and workflows.

You will lead workshops, coordinate stakeholders, and translate operational challenges into actionable project requirements while tracking outcomes and benefits realization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, project management or process improvement.
• Strong project management capabilities including timelines, dependencies and risks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with no direct authority.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data insights.
• Experience in root cause analysis, process reviews and performance deep dives.
• Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and data presentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects from scoping through implementation and closure.
• Develop project plans, milestones, deliverables and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage dependencies.
• Lead workshops to drive alignment and execution.
• Track progress and communicate risks, decisions and outcomes.
• Identify and lead initiatives to simplify and optimise processes.
• Map current and future state processes and operating models.
• Lead pilots, UATs and readiness activities for new processes.
• Establish KPIs and track post-implementation performance.
• Develop data-driven business cases for improvement initiatives.
• Support implementation and transition into BAU.
