Job summary

TikTok seeks an operations-focused professional to bridge Policy and frontline execution. You will translate Policy intent into scalable workflows, maintain SOPs, and manage knowledge bases to ensure consistent decisions across operations and regional teams.

This role uses quality metrics and escalation data to close gaps, improve risk controls, and support global policy updates while applying regional nuances for Korea and other markets.

Qualifications

• Strong policy knowledge in the Ops domain and governance.
• Experience with operational workflows, QA or policy execution activities.
• Ability to support cross-functional coordination (Policy, Ops, Product, or vendor teams).
• Basic analytical skills to structure data, identify issues, and escalate insights clearly.
• Familiarity with SOPs, process documentation, or workflow execution.
• Korean language proficiency for Korea Market; English for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex policies into clear, actionable, and scalable operational workflows, guidelines, and decision-making frameworks for frontline operations teams.
• Build, standardize, and maintain knowledge management systems, SOPs, and key operational documentation with governance and version control.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance policy translation, improve documentation quality, and streamline material creation.
• Collaborate with Policy, Product, Quality, and Regional Operations teams to bridge policy intent and operational execution.
• Review quality metrics, escalations, and appeals data to identify execution gaps and improve guideline consistency.
• Support policy and process changes by assessing operational risk and coordinating updates across markets.
• Apply regional and cultural context to ensure guidelines are locally relevant.
