Responsibilities

• Handle complex tasks related to operating molding tools and equipment with minimal supervision.
• Conduct quality inspections using gauges and fixtures; monitor quality to ensure standards.
• Follow GMP/GDP, SOPs, and GxP requirements; maintain accurate documentation.
• Handle materials and operate automated equipment; troubleshoot molds as needed.
• Perform mold changes and collaborate with various departments; ensure line clearance.
• Troubleshoot medical device molds and conduct optical tool inspection, setup, and changeover.
• Manage solvent supply and disposal; ensure environmental and regulatory compliance.
• Commit to continuous improvement and regulatory requirements.
